High season rates apply during the Caye Caulker Lobster Fest, which normally falls on the last weekend in June or the 1st weekend in July each year.
- Deposit – 50% required to confirm a reservation.
- Balance – on arrival by Visa/Mastercard or cash.
- Cancellations – must be confirmed by email or fax.
- At least 45 days prior: Full refund less $30 administration fee
- 30 – 44 days prior: 25% of booking charged
- 15 – 29 days prior: 50% of booking charged
- 8 – 14 days prior: 75% of booking charged
- 0 – 7 days prior: 100% of booking charged
